Red Carpet in the Big Apple

Mom and I flew to New York City earlier this month. We have been volunteering with GFC, a charity that works with children. They were having a “thank you” dinner and since we had free room and board with my cousin who lives in Brooklyn, basically the only cost was for the flight there and back. Well, plus a few souvenirs and some fancy restaurant meals - - maybe a few drinks, Starbucks and a couple of clubs. So you see, it really didn’t cost too much. So anyway, there was a red carpet sort of picture taking before the dinner and I, of course, being one half of the “Red Carpet Fashionistas” had to get my picture taken. Here it is:

I had on a dress from White House Black Market. I love having the Premium Outlet store in my town. Makes getting high quality fashions at an extremely affordable price too good to pass up. The heels were purchased there also. Don’t they go together nicely.
